Ely House

The house is designed according to the geometric shape of the land, with the facades following the length of the plot, and the gables along the width, in order to make the most of the East, South, and West solar exposure, and to open up to the beautiful wooded area to the South.

The North gable does not have any openings except for the garage door, to protect against the cold north-eastern winds.

Our design philosophy is based on environmental respect, which drives us to create projects with the smallest possible ecological footprint.
